Natascha Moy
Executive Counsellor Psychotherapist
Specialising in Relationship Dynamics
I work with men and women facing some of the most difficult periods in their relationships—separation, relationship breakdown, ongoing conflict, or the painful decision of whether to stay or leave.
I also work with people after separation who want to understand themselves more deeply—their relationship patterns, past experiences and the dynamics that may have shaped the choices they have made. This work is about more than recovering from a relationship. It is about creating healthier patterns, stronger boundaries and more balanced relationships moving forward.
When you are overwhelmed, confused, deeply hurt or struggling to trust your own judgement, it can be difficult to see a way forward. I help individuals and couples move through the emotional upheaval, regain emotional stability and self-worth, and begin making clearer, more confident decisions about their lives and relationships.

Why Work With Me
My role is to help you reconnect with yourself, learn to trust your own judgement and intuition, and make choices that genuinely serve you.
I am confident in the work I do. For clients who are ready to engage deeply in the process, counselling can be transformative—not simply helping you through a crisis, but changing the way you understand yourself, your relationships and the life you choose to create next.
I am a Master’s-qualified counsellor from the University of Canberra, with a holistic Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Metavision Institute. I also convene the Gold Coast Chapter of the Australian Counselling Association, where I lead a professional community of more than 70 counsellors and coordinate ongoing professional development and guest speakers.
I work primarily with professionals, executives, business owners and individuals who manage demanding careers and complex personal lives. My clients are often highly capable people who are accustomed to functioning well, making decisions and managing responsibility, but find that when a relationship is in crisis, those same strengths don't necessarily make the emotional experience any easier.
My approach is direct, intelligent and highly individual. I work particularly well with people who want more than a place to talk; they want to understand what is happening, regain their emotional footing and make considered decisions about what comes next.
My work is confidential and discreet, and I am bound by the ethical framework provided by the Australian Counselling Association.
Before becoming a counsellor, I built a career in media, business and communications. I hold a Bachelor of Journalism and Media Studies, have received media awards, and spent more than a decade hosting radio and podcasts. I have also worked across corporate environments, small business and start-ups.
This combination of clinical training and real-world experience shapes the way I work. I understand that life can look highly successful from the outside, while relationships, identity, or emotional well-being can feel very different behind closed doors.
My approach is perceptive, somatic, practical and direct, with a strong understanding of the complexities faced by professionals, business owners and people carrying significant responsibility.
Contact Me
Most of my practice is referral-based, and I intentionally keep my client numbers limited so I can offer a highly individual level of care. Each week, I reserve two appointments for new clients, with suitability based on individual needs.
Whether you’re an individual or a couple, I use proven therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, and Process Work to offer practical tools for lasting change.
